2. Reserve and Purchase:
Our site uses an order form for customers to reserve and purchase travel services.
We collect your contact information (like your email address), financial information
(like your account or credit card numbers), and demographic information (like your
zip/postal code and age). Where necessary, we will share information about you and
your purchase with the cruise line, airline, hotel, or car rental agency you designate.
We will only provide the necessary information to ensure your travel arrangements
are confirmed with these travel suppliers. The travel suppliers will use your credit-card
information to process your ticket or reservation.
3. Contests
We run contests on our site in which we ask visitors for contact information (like
their email address) and demographic information (like their zip/postal code, age,
or income level). We use contact data from our contests to send subscribers information
about our company and promotional material about the destinations they have selected.

4. Group IST's Online Affiliate Program
Our online affiliate program asks visitors for contact information (like their email
address) and demographic information (like their zip/postal code and age). We use
contact data from our affiliate database to send subscriber's information about
special offers and promotional information about Group IST products. Customers may

5. Links
This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that Group IST is not
responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our customers
to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each

We send all new members a welcoming email. Established members will occasionally

7. Site and Service Updates
We also send the customer site and service announcement updates. Customers are not
able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information
about the service such as tour information and confirmation. We communicate with
the customer to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to
their account via email or phone.

Many Web sites, including Group IST, use cookie technology to help our customers
navigate more efficiently. The cookie is a small text file that resides on your

10. Stated Prices
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are per person, based on double occupancy, for
specific room categories and subject to availability at time of booking on selected
departure dates. Airfare, transfers, port charges and government fees are additional
unless otherwise specified. Rates are valid at time of posting to the internet.
Offers are capacity controlled and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Some restrictions and blackout periods may apply. Group IST is not responsible for
errors of omission or information that may occur as a result of the transfer of
information from selected third parties, technical or human error.
11. Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post these changes on our Homepage.
This way, our subscribers are always aware of what information we collect, how we
use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide
to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated
at the time of collection, we will notify users via email. Users will have the choice
as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will
use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information
was collected.
